Not exactly breaking news here. But still pretty hot news in a different sense. She cut ties with Victoria's Secret some time ago, so these behind-the-scenes Gisele Bundchen pictures from one of her lingerie photo shoots are a touch on the old side.

The question is, does anyone care? Didn't think so!

The Victoria's Secret lighting department works tirelessly to bring you the perfect angles and vantage points of Mrs. Tom Brady. We applaud their impressive efforts.

It's not exactly Gisele nude in Photo magazine, like we posted for you last week, but on the flip side, these images are a lot more authentic. There was no body painting or photoshopping of any water dresses up in here. Absolutely none.

Robert Pattinson Hit by Car, Unhurt; 'Tweens Exhale

Upon fleeing a horde of teenage fans, Robert Pattinson was clipped by a taxi cab today in Manhattan, but was merely grazed and emerged unscathed.

The British Twilight hunk had a brush with death running away from a throng of fans front of the Strand bookstore on Broadway and 12th Street.

He had been inside filming scenes for his new movie, Remember Me.

Exiting the building, Robert Pattinson tried to duck a crowd of screaming teenage girls waiting for him on the rainy sidewalk and made a break for it, running across the wet street for his trailer. That's when a taxi grazed his hip, sources say.

Pattinson reportedly stood still for a moment, appearing stunned, as a bodyguard yelled at the girls: "You see what you did, you almost killed him!"

Yeah, way to show your appreciation, ladies.

Other witnesses downplayed the incident involving Robert Pattinson.

"The reports are exaggerated," said Vivian Mayer, a spokeswoman for the film's production company. "It was not caused by his fans. Production continues."

Pattinson has been mobbed all over the city, and also the subject of more rumors than we can even keep straight. Earlier today, he was reported to be dating Camilla Belle, a rumored love interest who he has been seen with in NYC.

Others say he is obsessed with Kristen Stewart, his Twilight co-star.

In the music video for her newest single, "Paparazzi," Lady Gaga plays, well, Lady Gaga: a star who celebrity gossip photographers love to follow.

So what's life like behind the cameras?

According to Kerry Rhodes, a safety for the New York Jets, who plays a cop in the video, life pretty much imitates art when it comes to Lady G.

While he describes Gaga as "reserved," "focused" and "cool," he admits that the scene around the budding dance-pop icon can be pretty crazy.

"The shoot was ridiculous!" he said.

"Everywhere you turned there was a dead body – not real! – a really big horse-looking dog, and a half-naked model, which was cool."

As cool as Lady Gaga nude? That's in the eye of the beholder.

Rhodes explains that he knew the shoot would be "something out of the ordinary," and, of course, he's a fan of the 23-year-old celebrity.

"She’s very talented," he says. "She’s something different for music lovers to listen to."

That said, don't expect the Jets to warm up to "P-p-p-pokerface" any time soon. When asked if Gaga plays in the locker room, Rhodes laughed, "Not a chance!"

Still, he'll have good stories to tell his fellow NFL players. One of his favorites: "When I was in main dressing room changing and Lady and I bumped into each other mid-change!" he exclaims, before laughing, "No, there was no funny stuff!"

No word on whether her random boyfriend Speedy was on hand.

Lauren Conrad Stays Dry, Visits Late Night

Not even the unusually rainy June weather on the East Coast could stop the beautiful Lauren Conrad from smiling as she made the talk show rounds this week!

The umbrella-toting author and former star of The Hills stopped by The Early Show and Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to talk about her first novel, L.A. Candy.

Of course, she dished a little on the show she used to be on too.

Here she is making a rainy arrival ...

We would stand under that umbrella any day.

Kelis: Broke, Hating on Nas Hard

Rapper Kelis claims her estranged rapper husband Nas has left her high and dry by not offering her a penny, even in the wake of her impending birth.

This is a big deal because, she says, "I have run out of money."

Kelis filed legal papers claiming that Nas isn't paying her support, pre-natal expenses - nothing, even though she claims he is obscenely rich.

The rapper's lawyer asked a judge to order Nas to pay support, both spousal and child, as well as all pregnancy-related expenses, half of the medical expenses after the kid is born, $3,500 for a nurse, and $20,000 for strollers and other supplies.

Kelis says, "My survival is based on [Nas'] will at this time. If he does not want to pay for an expense, it does not get paid."

Nas and Kelis married in 2003. The baby is due this month.

Kelis says she's entitled to maintain the lifestyle to which she became accustomed - five homes, flying first class, going out to fancy restaurants, etc.

"There were many expensive pieces [of jewelry] such as a princess-cut diamond tennis bracelet that was recently appraised for $190,000," she writes.

Even better, the "broke" Kelis states in her declaration that "My engagement ring is an approximately nine-carat cushion-cut diamond solitaire. I have numerous watches... such as Cartier, Rolex, Frank Muller and Chopard."

The two reportedly split over a Kelis sex tape ... or Nas cheating on her ... or the usual "irreconcilable differences," depending on what you read.

Lindsay Lohan Smiles Through the Pain

Putting on a happy face after their final breakup, Lindsay Lohan kept it together remarkably well as she left the home of Samantha Ronson Thursday.

A source close to Sam recently stated that the two never got back together after their recent breakup, and that she is "not even friends" with Linds.

That hurts. But Lindsay's not showing it ...

Lindsay Lohan also spent some quality time with her family in New York this week, and tried to shop away the heartbreak with a friend yesterday.

CFDA Fashion Face-Off: Blake Lively vs. Michelle Trachtenberg

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) gathered last night to honor their own, and the celebrities came out in force to light up the red carpet.

Among those on hand? A pair of Gossip Girl hotties.

Blake Lively looked very pretty in pink, opting for bold color in a slim, strapless Michael Kors fuchsia dress, accentuated by jewelry and her loose, blonde locks.

Meanwhile, Michelle Trachtenberg looked uptown chic in a Behnaz Sarafpour dress with a silver bustier top and navy skirt. No sign of Evil G lurking up in here!

Conan O'Brien Admits Hills Addiction, Lauren Conrad Describes Ricocheting Babies

Last night on The Tonight Show, Conan O'Brien tried to defend his obsessive viewing of The Hills by pawning it off on his wife, and its retired star, Lauren Conrad, talked about some of her previous encounters with fans of the show.

LC, who was there on her L.A. Candy book tour before the conversation turned to more important topics, discussed a time when a crazed fan literally threw a baby at her.

In case you were wondering, babies do not ricochet.

Here's an excerpt of Lauren Conrad's talk with Conan O'Brien - and Curb Your Enthusiasm star Larry David - about that particular fan run-in:

Conan: So she threw her baby at you?
Lauren: But my back was to her, and it ricocheted off of me, and I was like-
Conan: Babies don't ricochet!
Lauren: It did, though!
Conan: I have had two babies. They do not ricochet. They hit and slide.
Lauren: But I was moving. So it ricocheted.
Conan: That's one of the stranger stories I've ever heard.
Larry: I'd like to steal that story for my show!

Eva Mendes Topless, in Lingerie For Calvin Klein

A lingerie-clad and then topless Eva Mendes is all over shirtless model Jamie Dornan in a racy new Fall 2009 campaign for Calvin Klein jeans and underwear.

Shot by world-renowned photographer Steven Klein, the ads will appear in billboards as well as in magazines as Jeans ad inserts, four-page ad units and covers of Lucky, Elle, GQ, Vanity Fair, W, Nylon, Details, Interview and InStyle.

They're not as racy as the Eva Mendes nude ads for CK that were banned last year, but still, she and Dornan are gonna be heating up those publications ...

We have no idea who Jamie Dornan is, but we do now. He is one lucky individual for getting Eva Mendes all pressed up against him like that. Jerk.

The woman some say is the world's most desirable certainly makes a compelling case for that honor with these ads, which conveniently for Calvin Klein, may require readers to begin thinking about a new pair of jeans pretty quick.

Newlywed Bruce Willis is celebrating his recent marriage to model Emma Heming with - what else - a kinky, S&M-themed “honeymoon” photo spread for W Magazine.

Britney Spears would be so proud.

“I went from ‘F*%k love’ to ‘Love is truly the answer,’” the actor said.“I spent the last 10 years single and, for the most part, unhappy. In a dark place. Then I started hanging around Emma, and on a day-to-day basis my life became much happier.”

Jon & Kate Gosselin Mark 10 Years of Terrible Marriage

Friday was Jon and Kate Gosselin's 10th wedding anniversary, but the estranged parents of eight weren't spotted doing any celebrating over the weekend.

In fact, they spent the weekend apart.

Pretty sad what they've let their lives become, however, the fact that anyone can tolerate that woman for a decade without shooting himself in the head is impressive, so you've gotta give Jon at least a little credit for sticking it out this long.

Kate called cops on celebrity gossip photographers Saturday as she played with her kids and filmed her TLC reality show. On Sunday, she took one of her sextuplets, Leah, on a shopping excursion to Target, Starbucks and Bed, Bath & Beyond.

Jon wasn't spotted at the family's home in Wernersville, Pa. No word on whether he and Deanna Hummel were making private videos in Utah somewhere.

Sadly, Kate Gosselin was not taken into custody and placed under gag order.

Monday, Jon finally surfaced, spending time with his eldest twin daughters, Cara and Mady Gosselin, who called Kate mean after being denied water last week.

Conveniently for Jon, Kate was on her own schedule, getting her reverse mullet cut, so she wasn't around to make the usual condescending, grating remarks.

Take whatever silence you can get around the house, J.

On tonight’s all new episode of Jon & Kate Plus 8, which hopefully will receive low ratings, the embattled fam meets the dudes from Orange County Choppers.

In a classy online ad campaign for her E! reality show It's Complicated, Denise Richards boasts of all the wild and crazy stuff she's up to this season.

As Twilight fans everywhere squealed in unison, Taylor Lautner belied his young age in a classic Calvin Klein navy blue suit with a matching tonal tie. Hot.

Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake joined fellow William Rast designers, Marcella and Johan Lindeburg, backstage after presenting the Eleanor Lambert Award.

Chris Brown Spotted with Rihanna ... or Not

Rihanna's appearance at Game Four of the NBA Finals Thursday caused quite a stir, and nearly resulted in a run-in with her embattled ex, Chris Brown, who was a front-row regular at the Orlando Magic-LA Lakers series and throughout the playoffs.

It turns out Rihanna attended the game because she's crushing on Rashard Lewis of the Magic, and she and Brown didn't cross paths, though they came close.

Last night's Game Five, however, was a different story. The two were sitting right next to each other ... or were they? Check out this photo from the game ...

Lindsay Lohan Photo Shoot Results in Jewel Heist

Hey, at least a police investigation would give her something to do.

Lindsay Lohan's latest headline-grabbing exploit involves the disappearance of roughly $410,000 worth of jewelry, which went missing earlier this month after a London photo shoot featuring the "star," according to news reports.

Scotland Yard was quick to deny that Lohan was a suspect, but confirmed that everyone present for the shoot, held June 6 for Elle UK, will be questioned.

A necklace and diamond earrings loaned to the mag by Dior were reported AWOL two days after the shoot, just as Lohan made her way back to the U.S.

"The allegation of theft was reported to us on June 8, after earrings and a necklace believed to be worth in the region of [$410,000] were found to be missing approximately two days earlier," a Scotland Yard spokesman confirmed."

"Enquiries are continuing and no arrest has been made at this stage."

If nothing else, this oughta help her kill time by giving her some rumors to shoot down. Awesome as that Lindsay Lohan topless photo was, we don't need her combing through the archives and playing around with her iPhone naked every day.

While it's been reported that up to a dozen people may be questioned, the coked-up wannabe lesbian is not believed to be one of them. Yet.

"We haven't been contacted yet by anyone," the 22-year-old's rep, Leslie Sloane Zelnik, said. "Lindsay hopes they find the missing items."

Chris Brown Appeals Ruling, Seeks Hearing Delay

Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, has petitioned the California Supreme Court to postpone his client's upcoming preliminary hearing, scheduled for Monday.

While his PR peeps plot his every public move, his attorney is doing all he can to buy time in the assault and criminal threats case pending against Brown.

Geragos wants to delay the hearing until a judge decides if he can have access to LAPD records of its investigation into the battered Rihanna photo leak.

The state appeals court denied the same request last week.

Whether this is a stalling tactic as Geragos negotiates a plea, or if he really plans to use the photo leak as the crux of Brown's defense, remains to be seen.

Rihanna has been subpoeaned to testify at the June 22 hearing and her attorney, Donald Etra, says she's planning to comply with the prosecution's wishes.

Of course, neither music star wants to see a trial happen.

Chris Brown is accused of threatening the life and pounding the living daylights out of the 21-year-old Rihanna after a pre-Grammy party on February 8.

He would undeniably accept a plea bargain if one were on the table that allowed him to avoid jail time. The fact that this has not taken place already, however, suggests a lack of interest from the prosecution in allowing it.

Brown and Rihanna were last seen together - sort of - at Game Four of the NBA Finals. He was then seen with a Rihanna lookalike at Game Five. Obviously.

Man Overboard! Tom Brady Rescued After Kayaking Mishap

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady suffered his most embarrassing athletic moment since losing Super Bowl XLII to the underdog New York Giants.

The NFL star fell out of a kayak in the Charles River in Brookline, Mass., and had to be fished out by an elementary school teacher, 7 News Boston reports.

Tom Brady was with wife Gisele Bundchen and a pal at the time.

"We were tying up our boat to a buoy and the boat boy came over and said 'You are never going to guess who is on the Charles renting kayaks right now' and he said 'Want to go check it out?' I said 'yeah,'" local school teacher Robin Leeds said.

Maybe Tom Brady should stick to football.

But when the pair got close to Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, they realized the quarterback had fallen in the river. Leads helped Brady into her boat.

"I actually asked him why he fell in. He said he was racing one of his friends. It was Tom, Gisele and his friend. So he was racing his friend," she said.

Afterward, Leeds asked for a photo with Brady, who replied, "Of course! You saved my life." No word on whether those pregnancy rumors came up.

Leeds adds that the three-time Super Bowl winner was "really friendly," and also "really appreciative that we fished him out of the Charles."

That's nice to hear. Then again, if you got to see Gisele Bundchen nude every single night, you would be grateful you didn't drown as well.

Kristen Stewart's Plaid Shirt: Love it or Shove it?

Twilight star Kristen Stewart may or may not be dating Robert Pattinson.

That is up in the air. As is what the actress is trying to do with her look these days. Last week, she debuted a new hairstyle, chopping off half of her signature black locks in preparation for her role as rock star Joan Jett in The Runaways.

Now, she's going '90s grunge style on us.

She is supposedly due early next year.

Speculation has grown since pictures showing the supermodel in Brazil this week surfaced showing what seems to be a perceptible baby bump.

The Brazilian stunner and New England Patriots quarterback husband, Tom Brady, were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles February 26, then exchanging vows before friends in early April at her Costa Rica home.

Rumors that Tom got Gisele Bundchen pregnant have persisted ever since.

"Gisele will be an excellent mother," a source says. "She's always wanted kids." Reps for Bundchen reached for confirmation refused to comment.

Is Tom Brady celebrating a successful decision to go for two ... babies?

“Family is everything," Bündchen, 28, said last month. "I think family is the base to everything. I think that is one of the things I’m most grateful for. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think that's definitely number one.”

Another source close to the couple says, "You know Gisele and Tom are just enjoying themselves, being married and just doing their thing."

When he's not falling into the river, that is.

Anyway, congratulations, we guess! We've heard this story so many times, it's hard to say with confidence that Gisele Bundchen is pregnant, but here's hoping!

Report: Kate Gosselin Spanks Leah Gosselin!

With Jon Gosselin possibly out spanking Deanna Hummel, grating wife Kate was seen giving that treatment to daughter Leah in an entirely different manner.

In Touch reports that on June 13 at around 11 a.m., the mother of eight out front of her house and spanked one of her kids in plain view of the paparazzi.

Man, between this and her denying Mady water last week, incidents of Kate Gosselin's terrible parenting keep piling up. Woman catch a break these days.

The incident took place while Kate Gosselin was outside on an otherwise normal day (for her), watching the kids play. A witness reports that at some point, one of the sextuplets, Leah Gosselin, started blowing a whistle loudly.

Probably for help.

Kate was on the phone at the time, so she told her to stop. Leah just went and whistled again and boy, does she regret it after Kate went Chris Brown on her.

Well, maybe that's extreme. But Kate Gosselin still spanked Leah a couple of times, raising eyebrows among those (un)fortunate enough to be there watching.

The witness went on to say:

“The girl was screaming and crying. Kate just pushed her away and walked off with her coffee. Her older sisters were trying to make Leah feel better.”

That's harsh stuff, Kate. And people wonder why Jon is so unhappy.

Anna Paquin: Would You Hit it?

Oscar winner Anna Paquin, who fans of True Blood know as mind-reading Sookie Stackhouse, says that unlike the Twilight and New Moon phenomena, her vampire-themed show is meant for older, more mature audiences.

"It's not appropriate for teenagers to be watching our show," the 26-year-old Canadian-born actress said of the HBO series. "I wouldn't have been allowed to."

Paquin, who won a Golden Globe for her work as Sookie, has some hot True Blood spoilers in store for us this season: she's gonna be getting naked. A lot.

"I get more naked this season than I did last season," she says. "We have a really great crew and everyone's really respectful. It's not an issue for me."
