Kanye West made his on-screen debut on Monday's special episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, the second part of Sunday's extended episode.
Early on, Kim's sister -- and new mom -- Kourtney speculated about the A-list hook-up: "Kim and Kanye have been friends for years -- they've been hanging out lately, and I have no idea if it's serious or not because I haven't talked to her about it."
Kim said just because she's seen out with someone, doesn't mean they're dating. She added she and the Grammy-winning rapper have a lot of things in common, including a love of cars, evidenced as Kanye lets her borrow his expensive ride.

Later, everyone gets excited when learning the the All of the Lights singer will join the reality family at the opening of RYU, Scott Disick's New York eatery. Of course, this spurred more speculation as to whether Kanye and Kim were an item.
Khloe was wise to her sister's romantic tendency to fall hard and fast, saying that while "Kim wants to believe that she can take things slow," she was wearing her heart on her sleeve -- or should we say earlobes -- with earrings bearing the initials "K.W."

"I know what that stands for," Khloe said.
“We were just out and we saw them and I thought they were so cute,†Kim said of the earrings.
Asked if things were heating up with she and Kanye, Kim played it coy: "I don’t know -- I’m just taking it slow. We’ve just been hanging out all the time.
"I don’t know if I do titles."

As for the RYU date, Kim said she didn't "want to make a big fuss about it" -- before, naturally, a big fuss ensued when the A-list rapper and reality's biggest star converged as a super-couple at the swanky restaurant opening.
Kanye also got the seal of approval from Kim's mom Kris, who said he “was a really good sport" at the opening.
(Of course, the episode was taped in April, and the couple is still going strong this summer.)
